1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account on The Stage Roster, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.
2. Membership and payments
The Stage Roster is a paid membership directory. Membership is AUD $12/month or AUD $99/year, billed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period.
3. Profiles and content
You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information. You grant The Stage Roster a licence to display your profile and content to other users and, where you choose public visibility, to search engines. You must not post false, misleading or infringing content.
4. Conduct
You agree to interact respectfully with other members. Harassment, spam, impersonation and misuse of private messaging are prohibited and may result in suspension or removal.
5. Privacy
Your use of The Stage Roster is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your personal information.
6. Account termination
You can request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Liability
The Stage Roster is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for outcomes arising from connections made through the platform. Professional arrangements are made entirely between members.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
