Our principles
The Stage Roster is designed with privacy in mind. We follow GDPR-style principles: minimise data, be transparent, and give you control. This policy applies to members and visitors worldwide.
Information we collect
We collect the information you provide when registering and building your profile: name, email, location, skills, experience and credits. We process payment via Stripe and do not store raw card numbers.
How we use your information
To provide your membership, make your profile discoverable according to your visibility settings, enable private messaging, and send transactional emails about your account and subscription.
What is never public
Your email address and phone number are never displayed publicly. They are used only for account, billing and platform communications. Search results and public profiles show only the information you choose to share.
Your controls
You can set your profile visibility (public, members only, or hidden), control who can message you, and choose whether to display your city, website and social links. You can change these at any time.
Data retention
If you cancel your membership, we retain your profile data so you can resubscribe. If you request account deletion, we remove or anonymise your personal information in line with this policy.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact The Stage Roster support to exercise these rights.
International users
The Stage Roster is a global platform. Your data may be processed in countries with different data protection laws. We apply consistent privacy principles regardless of your location.
