anthonycraythorn.com I'm a mix engineer and sound designer specialising in live performance and studio mixing. My journey started over 20 years ago as a musician; training as a classical pianist. I also played guitar in punk bands, and keys in musical theatre pits. That experience taught me what great sound feels like from a performer's perspective, and it fundamentally shaped how I approach sound design today. After completing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Production, I spent the next decade refining my craft across diverse projects, from small indie productions to large-scale commercial musicals. The combination of my performance background and technical expertise shapes how I approach every mix: with a balanced focus on technical excellence and the artistic and emotional vision of the music.
