Dominic is a Musical Director, conductor and multi-instrumentalist with extensive experience across major Australian and International musical theatre productions. He is currently Musical Director and Conductor of the Australian tour of “Fiddler on the Roof” (Woodward Productions / Trafalgar Group). Recent credits include Associate Musical Director on the 40th anniversary productions of “Les Misérables: The Arena Spectacular” World Tour (Cameron Mackintosh / NGM / Live Nation) and“The Phantom of the Opera” (Handa Opera on Sydney Harbour / Opera Australia). He served as Musical Director (2024) and Associate Musical Director (2023–24) for the 20th anniversary Australian production of “Wicked” (XRoads Live / Crossroads Live). Further career highlights include Associate Musical Director on “Frozen – The Broadway Musical” (Disney Theatricals Australia) and Assistant Musical Director / Standby Conductor on “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” (GFO / Warner Bros); Rehearsal Pianist on “Moulin Rouge! The Musical” (Global Creatures) and “The Book of Mormon” (GFO / Watchtower Productions); Guitar 2 / Keys 3 on “Muriel’s Wedding” (Global Creatures); Musical Director of “Rhonda Burchmore: Bang Bang!” (Brisbane Festival); Guitar on “Twelfth Night” (Queensland Theatre); Keys 2 on “Heathers” (Working Management / QPAC). Dominic is Musical Supervisor, Arranger and Orchestrator for Woodward Productions’ annual “A Very Naughty Christmas” across Australia and the UK, and has orchestrated extensively for cruise-line productions. Recording Credits include: Courtney Monsma’s debut album “In The Light” (musician/arranger), and “Story Surprise!” (production/arranger). A graduate of the Queensland Conservatorium of Music (Bachelor of Music – MT), Dominic is regularly in demand as an orchestrator, arranger and vocal coach. He also has a strong passion for education, working with institutions including the Queensland Conservatorium / QAEMT, Queensland Academy of Dance, and Associated Studios Australia.
